Reporting Bugs and Requesting Features

We want Magic Stack Pro to be the best tool it can be for your card magic practice and performance. If you run into a problem or have an idea for a new feature, here is how to reach us.

Reporting a Bug

If something is not working correctly, send us an email at support@themagicshop.digital with the following information:

  • What happened: Describe the problem in your own words. What did you expect to happen, and what happened instead?
  • Steps to reproduce: If you can make it happen again, tell us exactly what you did — which mode you were in, what operations you added, what you tapped.
  • Your device: Which iPhone or iPad model, and which iOS version (Settings → General → About).
  • App version: Found in the app under Settings.
  • Screenshots: If the issue is visual, a screenshot or screen recording helps enormously.

The more detail you include, the faster we can track down the issue. Even if the bug seems minor, we want to hear about it.

Requesting a Feature

Have an idea for something Magic Stack Pro should do? We love hearing from performers about what would make the app more useful for their work. Send your feature request to support@themagicshop.digital and tell us:

  • What you would like the app to do
  • How you would use it in your practice or performance
  • Any examples of how it might work

We read every message and your ideas directly shape what gets built next. Some of the app’s best features started as user suggestions.
